- Admittance only to residents in good standing and their accompanied guests
- No children under 12 are permitted to swim under any circumstances without a parent or other obligated adult (16 or older) present. No solo swimming.
- The number of guests allowed at any given time will be limited to four per family unless previous arrangements have been made with the Pool committee.
- The pool is a non-smoking area.
- All members are required to familiarize their children with all pool rules. Parents are responsible for their children, whether that parent is at the pool or not.
- For safety reasons there can be no running, pushing, jumping in on others, jumping off the lifeguard chair, dunking or holding others under the water or loitering in the bathroom area. No diving in the shallow area.
- Any food items taken to the pool or immediate area surrounding the pool are the responsibility of the homeowner.
- No glass, bottles, chinaware nor items in breakable containers are allowed in the pool/picnic area. Please provide your own cigarette disposal. Gum is not permitted in the pool or pool area.
- All trash must be placed in the receptacles provided.
- No alcoholic beverages are allowed for anyone under the age of twenty-one (21). Consumption of alcoholic beverages is a matter of personal preference. Containers of alcoholic beverages should be kept concealed. A person showing signs of intoxication will be denied use of the facilities and is subject to suspension and/or expulsion.
- No children will be allowed to loiter in or around the bathhouse area. The bathhouse is open during swim hours.
- The Board of Directors and Advisory Committee have the authority to disallow exuberant play that may interfere with the enjoyment of the pool by others.
- The Board of Directors and Advisory Committee shall have the authority when they deem necessary to expel anyone at any time for misbehavior, use of abusive language, or apparent intoxication. Those individuals may not return to the pool area until the following day
- Water wings, children's small round floats, snorkel tubes, face masks, and soft plastic balls under 12' diameter are permitted. The use of any other floatation devices will be subject to the lifeguard's discretion.
- No pets, bicycles, skateboards or other vehicles are allowed in the pool area.
- No one will be allowed to swim with open or infected wounds.
- Babies in diapers must also wear rubber pants.
- Children in the wading pool must also be supervised by a parent or guardian.
- Cut-offs and other improper swimwear are not allowed in the pool.
- Please remember to lower your umbrella when you leave the pool area.
